Morning- 3 miles easy with YOGA!
Afternoon- Did the race relays as a work out. I ran the 4x100, 200 in medley, 4x800, 4x400, and the 400 in the distance medley. I ran :58, and :56 for the 400's. 26ish for the 200, and 13ish for the 100. And 2:12 for the 800. Did a cool down, instead of getting snow cones with the team. I felt more dedicated to running, than friends! I cooled down with Cam for most of it. Then did core exercises after.
