Morning- 3 miles with yoga. Blister hurt pretty bad.

Afternoon- 9 miles with striders. Blister held up, but my body was just burnt. I was soo tired all day. And it feels like I am worn out with no energy now...

Morning- 3 miles with plyos.

Afternoon- 8 miles total. Work out was changed due to the wind. But 2 minute hard, 1 minute recovery, 1 minute hard, 30 second recovery, 30 seconds hard, 2 minute recovery. 4 sets by the end I was pretty beat. And I felt like I ran really hard, but I loved this work out! It was super hard! But I love intervals! Weights after.

Afternoon- 6.5 miles foremaster loop, I got lost a little so that's where the extra 0.5 mile came from. Anyways I didn't really know the work out till I got done running... So I won't get mad. I ran up the massive hill, and did 3x1 minute fartleks. My first was 0.18ish uphill. Next one, 0.21ish. Last one, I had really fresh legs, and went hard with a 0.23ish finish. Good run.

Morning- 1 mile warm up. 4x1600's. Goal time 5:19. 400 recovery after each one. Times were 5:25, 5:31, 5:32, and 5:29. Effort felt really hard, but times don't show. 1 mile cool down. Plyos after.

Afternoon- 4 miles easy with striders. And then one 300, ran that in :45. And then did a 400 for the distance medley and ran a :57 in that. Weights too.

Morning- 3 miles easy with YOGA!

Afternoon- Did the race relays as a work out. I ran the 4x100, 200 in medley, 4x800, 4x400, and the 400 in the distance medley. I ran :58, and :56 for the 400's. 26ish for the 200, and 13ish for the 100. And 2:12 for the 800. Did a cool down, instead of getting snow cones with the team. I felt more dedicated to running, than friends! I cooled down with Cam for most of it. Then did core exercises after.

Morning- 3 miles with plyos.

Afternoon- 2 mile warm up, work out 600, 400, 300, 200, 100. Equal recovery of distance. My goal times were 1:36, 1:04, :45, :26, and :13. I felt amazing doing this work out. It was hard, but not too bad. Times were 1:40, 1:05, :44, :28, and :13. I was 4 seconds off my 6, 1 second of my 4, hit my 3, and 2 seconds of my 2, and hit my 1. 2 mile cool down. Then did weights.

Afternoon- 2 mile warm up. I told myself to just go out hard. First lap 1:07, 1:11, 1:16, and 1:11. Total time was 4:45. Raced the 400 also. 55 again.... 2.5 mile cool down.

Afternoon- 2 mile warm up. I told myself to go out hard again. First lap was 60ish, and 2nd was 1:06... So pace died out fast. Decent race. Solid start for sure. 3.5 mile  cool down.

Morning- 3 miles easy with book discussion.

Race Report- Waited forever. Finally warmed up. Got out alright, first 200 was 30. Came by the 1st lap at 1:03 (not good). Made a move on the back stretch, because I was running with J.V. kids. And I only ended up at a 2:07.25... Eh.... I was hestitant this race. 

Later I ran the 4x400 and ran a 55 split. Same time. Then finally did a cool down.

Morning- 1 mile warm up, 600, 400, 300, 200, 100 equal recovery. Times were 1:41, 1:03, :44, :28, and didn't time the 100 just did it by the clock. But 12ish high, 13 low. 1 mile cool down.

Morning- 1.5 mile warm up. 4x1600's with 400 recovery. 2x300's all out after. First was 5:25, second 5:32. Coach talked to us, and that got me mentally into the work out. This one everyone fell off, or I just kept pace. But it was 5:29. Last one was extremely hard for some reason. It was only 5:30 (I think). I lost track of my times. But we had 300's and that was just the start today! Times were :45, and :44 on the 300's. Same times for the last 3 weeks of this work out. 1.5 mile cool down. Weights after, getting buff. Plyos after that.... And I was just wanting to be done. I was exhausted, and spent after plyos. 

Afternoon- Ran 3 miles.

Morning- Woke up, had a great breakfast. Did one mile to shake out the legs a little. Finally warmed up 2 miles. And then got my sticker, put my spikes on, and before I knew it. They almost started the race without me!!!

Race Report- I was all nerve racked, because I almost missed my heat. And so I got on the line, and then they fired the gun (this all happened within 20 seconds). So I wasn't really mentally in it at the start. First 200 was 30/31. Terrible start. Came by the 400 at 64 (1:04) no buneo first lap. I realized I had to start moving to get a good time. So I made a beast move on the back stretch and really got moving. But then at 200 left some kid cut me off really bad, and killed my momentum. And I basically just finished the race again at 2:07.75... Ugh, another attempt not what I wanted at all. I talk, and talk about how I will do stuff. I basically have 3 more chances of qualifying for state. And they are not to be wasted. So let's see where that takes me. Cooled down to get mileage. And the trip was just amazing, I had a blast, and was well worth it all! And we saw Shumway on the way home!!

Morning- 3 miles with plyos.

Race Report- I took out fast, first 200 was 28, solid pace. First lap was 1:01. Perfect! Came by the 600 meter mark at 1:32ish. Tried pushing it in. Got a time of 2:05.94!!! S.R.! I am going to keep my momentum going! I am pumped! My speed is turning over! It's time! Did a 0.75 mile cool down. Then jumped into my work out immediatley. 1.4ish miles in 8:08. I threw up on this at the start, but was surprised I even ran that. The mile was better. I was told it was 1.1 miles, and I ran that in 5:50. Then the 300's I ran :43, and 42! Fastest 300's ever! Cooled downed to get mileage!

Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up. 4x400's all out. We did them on the road. It was all downhill and crazy back wind. So we were going insanely fast. Felt good actually. Cooled down to get mileage. Good day.

Morning- 3 miles with last set of plyos ever!

Afternoon- 1.5 warm up, kosmin test, 1.5 mile cool down. First one was good, same with second, and third struggled a little. And fourth was great. finished at 1520 meters. New p.r. for the kosmin, and threw soft ball 147 ft! New P.R. in that too!
