Afternoon- Did a 2 mile shake out with the milers. Later did a mile warm up. Did some strides. Felt kinda sluggish, because I hadn't ate in a while.
Race Report- I was in line 7, which I hate. So I took the lead after the first 100 meters, and held of the 51 guys till the 210 mark. Then I dropped off badly. The last 100 meters I struggled in. And came by at 55.83. Not bad, I guess. 1 mile cool down.
