Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles.

Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up, and 1.5 mile cool down. 1x1000 all out. And than 600 jog/striders. Warmed up and felt good, but I felt ready. I ran the first 200 in 28, and than the 400 at 1:02. Than I slowed down a lot... Came by the 800 at a 2:12. 1:10 lap.... Too slow, but I got going the first 400, and not the 500.... The first 500 was good, but the last 500 was really slow... But I finished at a 2:53. So it was a good work out. Not what I wanted, but I am ok with it for now. But I am not going to settle for anything, until I qualify for state! I iced bath, and that felt good for my legs!

Morning- Nice and easy 3.

Afternoon- Nice and easy 3 with 4x200's. The 200 times were 36, 36, 33, and 33. Worked on the turn over, and lean on the last two. Because Abel told me too. So I did. Still striving for a State qualifying time in the mile, and 800. Region is tomorrow, and Thursday. I am running the mile, and 800. I will get mentally prepared to push myself hard tomorrow, and Thursday!

Morning- Nice and easy 3.

Afternoon- Got the to the meet I was running the mile, and the 800 tomorrow. I felt good and ready to go.

Race Report- I started out terrible... I was in the very back... My first lap was 1:09... Not very good first lap, and than I just let the gap grow through out the race... And than my laps got slower, and slower as the laps went on... This was supposed to be my peaking time, but it wasn't very good.... My time was very bad for me... But I am going to overlook this race, and see what I can improve on.

Morning- Nice and easy 3.

Afternoon- Warmed up, and felt the best I have ever before in my life!

Race Report- Did some stride outs, and felt even better! Race started I got out good, but just slowed down... Everyone ran a slow time. Not even the winner got state qualifying time, which was kinda lame, because usually he runs like sub 1:56's. Just a tad fast kid... But the lead pack came by at a 1:02... I should have had that split, but instead it was a 1:05.... Not good.... I finished with a 1:01. I can't believe I ran a 1:05 first lap... That's a joke for me.... But I was way off time at this race, and could have taken top 4 to go to state... I am happy for this season like P.R's and stuff, but I am sad that I didn't qualify for state... I might go up as an alternate, but that's a maybe and to be determined....

Morning- No morning practice today.

Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up, and than 100, 200, 300, and 400 all out. They were fast, but on the 400 I didn't start out fast enough and got like a 60 on it. It's a nice split in the 800 for sure! :) It wasn't too bad. It was full recovery so we walked, and jogged like 2 laps in between each one! Haha! I know how sprinters feel! It's not even that bad! Just kidding! Depends on the program! But 1.5 mile cool down. Good day for a work out!

Afternoon- Went out with David on to the Turtle/Hippo trail. I biked out there 5 miles, and than we went running 2 miles, and than biked back. And than finished our run with another 2 miles. It was HOT HOT HOT! It's warming up a lot in Utah now! But good work out.
