Morning- Woke up, felt pretty tired, but it took me a while to get moving. Ate a nice breakfast. Got over to the meet at 7:30. Had a nice long warm up. 3.2 miles. And then did stride outs.

Race Report- Started out pretty well. I was probally in the high 80's, or high 90's place wise. And I worked my way up. And I came by the first lap, really not knowing my split. And then I worked my way up with the pack with Paul, Andrew, and Reed. We all took turns leading, and I finally took the lead again, and trying to push the pace, and no one ever came up on me again.... They just coasted off me, I guess. But then the 2 mile split was 11:22. Not very good 2 mile split. My 2nd mile was not too good. But the last mile I really tried to make up some ground. And I pushed my way up more, making move. And with 400 meters to go. I passed quite a few guys. And I felt good about my finish. And I felt great after. I ran the same time as last year, but placed way worse overall. And I think I ran smarter, and more effort this year than last year. So I think it was a pretty good race overall. Gotta work on that 2nd mile though. 1 mile cool down. Nice, and long ride home.

Nike Victory Miles: 3.25
