Morning- Nice and easy 3. Felt kinda warm.
Afternoon- 5 miles with striders. I have been feeling really accomplished this past week! I have had 3 great days of hard work of running, and other mental strengths that I have learned! It's super great! Because I thought I was good at the start of the season, and now I am running times a lot faster, and continue to get faster! But great run! |
