Morning- Nice and easy 3! Blister didn't even hurt! :) Had plyos too! Those were nice!

Afternoon- 4 miles with 4x200's for turn over! I am ready to race baby!! I can't wait till I race! And another good thing is that my B-day is tomorrow! So it's a double win!! WIN WIN WIN!! Winning all around in life right now! :) Stretched good today, and rolled in the morning for a while. And the 200's were about 32, 32, 32, and 31! Good run! Ready to roll! I hope I am in the fast heat with the big boys! So I can run faster! Just have to have the guts to go with them! :)
