Morning- Nice and easy 3. Went a tad slower. Good run.

Afternoon- Had a meet that consisted of all relays! It's one of my favorite meets of the year! I ran the distance Medley, and then ran the 4x200, 4x800, and 4x400. Times were 2:08 (800), 26ish (200), 2:12 (800) almost 2:11 (800), and then 57 almost 56 in the 400. This meet was for of a work out, like it was fast, but not all out racing. It was good! Glad it's done, and put into the bag! I am super excited for the meet this weekend! There is going to be some real fast guys there in the 1,600 (mile), and 800! I am super excited! And I am for sure ready for the 800! Going for state in the mile, and 800! I now know my pushing zones in the 800, just have to find that out in the mile! One lap at a time baby!! :)
