Morning- Felt great! 3 miles! Starting up mornings again! Just can't wait till I get back in the habit!!!! I am already kinda getting back in it! Afternoon- 7 miles with long hill. Stepped up the pace a little bit for about 3ish miles. And felt a lot better today than yesterday!!! Just feels good to just go fast! Just to go, and not think about it! Just keep the legs rolling! Not to think about it! Just run, and have fun as you are in pain! Enjoy it!!!! Great run! |
