Afternoon- 3.7ish miles warm up. And 18 minutes. Of tempo. Goal pace was 5:37 I went 5:40 average for the tempo. 3.16ish. But my knee hurt today during the warm up. The tempo didn't hurt my knee, but it hurt super bad at the end. I hit the wall at the17 minutes. And started to fall off the pack. But then I kicked and caught back up. 2-3 mile cool down. I cut it one mile short. Because my knee hurt super bad. And I felt like my stomach was going to blow up. It hurt super bad too. And I just felt sick to my stomach.... |
