Afternoon- 5.75 miles. 2 mile warm up. And 2x1 miles at 85%. Pace goal was 5:48. Times were 5:47, and 5:37. I felt like I wasn't even working on the first mile. But we had a 3 minute recovery between each one. And on the 2nd mile. I felt a little eh feeling like usual after running harder. But 1.5 miles cool down. And weights today. Good day of training for track!
