Afternoon- 6.5 miles foremaster loop, I got lost a little so that's where the extra 0.5 mile came from. Anyways I didn't really know the work out till I got done running... So I won't get mad. I ran up the massive hill, and did 3x1 minute fartleks. My first was 0.18ish uphill. Next one, 0.21ish. Last one, I had really fresh legs, and went hard with a 0.23ish finish. Good run.
