Afternoon- 6 miles with the team around the loop of sunrise. Sunrise has a giant hill, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. But I had to recover at the top of the hill with the team slowing down. And then we were started picking up the pace. And it felt like normal pace. But we started dropping into the sub 7's. :) Guess I am in better shape than I thought I was. I was kinda scared for a 6 miler. But not bad at all!
