Morning- 1.5 mile warm up. 4x1600's with 400 recovery. 2x300's all out after. First was 5:25, second 5:32. Coach talked to us, and that got me mentally into the work out. This one everyone fell off, or I just kept pace. But it was 5:29. Last one was extremely hard for some reason. It was only 5:30 (I think). I lost track of my times. But we had 300's and that was just the start today! Times were :45, and :44 on the 300's. Same times for the last 3 weeks of this work out. 1.5 mile cool down. Weights after, getting buff. Plyos after that.... And I was just wanting to be done. I was exhausted, and spent after plyos.
Afternoon- Ran 3 miles.
