Morning- 1.5 mile warm up. 4x1600 meter repeats with 3 minute recovery. Splits were 5:30, 5:39, 5:40, and 5:46. Today I checked out mentally, and had no desire to push myself. I have a lot to say about this work out, and about myself. But it isall negative, so why say it? 1.5 mile cool down. Weights after.
