Morning- 1 mile warm up. 4x1600's. Goal time 5:19. 400 recovery after each one. Times were 5:25, 5:31, 5:32, and 5:29. Effort felt really hard, but times don't show. 1 mile cool down. Plyos after.
Afternoon- 4 miles easy with striders. And then one 300, ran that in :45. And then did a 400 for the distance medley and ran a :57 in that. Weights too.
