Morning- 2 mile warm up. I was pacing Paul, and Nick for their 5k St. George (half marathon). But they started out, and I jumped in about 250 meters up the road. My goal pace was 5:17 for LT pace. But I got closer this time. :) It took me a while to get into it mentally. But the tempo was only 15 minutes. I averaged 5:35 for the whole tempo. It was smooth and strong. I wasn't mentally into till about the 1st mile. And then the second mile was alright. I thought a little negativity. But then immedatiely kicked it out, and felt amazing after that. This work out was a success! 1 mile cool down.
