Morning- 3 miles.
Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up. 4x1 mile repeats @ 5:26 pace (87%). With 3 minute recovery in between each one. Times were 5:27, :26, :25, and :23. I was really tired after, and I felt really light headed after also. I felt awful during school. My running nose was killing me, and I was sneezing like no other. But I thought it was just allergies. 1.5 mile cool down. And weights.
