Morning- 3 miles easy.
Afternoon- 6 miles total with 15 minutes of LT pace tempo. Goal pace once again was 5:17. 1.2ish mile warm up. And then started the tempo. I once on pace for about 1.45ish miles, and then I just backed off mentally. And I dropped down to 5:35's, instead of 5:15's-5:20's. My average pace was 5:30ish. There were some hills, and a crazy wind today... Cooled down till mileage. Weights were good.
