Morning- 3 miles easy. Had tons of energy.
Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up. 4x1,600 meters at 5:16 pace. With 3 minute recovery between each one. I felt really good today. I hit 5:25, 5:23, 5:19, and 5:21. I really focused on pushing the first curves, and the back stretch. And it worked for the most part. And 1.5 mile cool down. After stretched and rolled really good. And then I went to Wendy's with David, Preston, Bryan, and Logan. Yum. :)
