Morning- 3 miles, it felt really hard, and my breathing was way off. Yoga after. I felt eh this morning.
Afternoon- 5.5 miles? On some trail. I had no idea what was going on during practice today. I just felt tired, sluggish, and sick to my stomach. I was in the back the first mile of the run, which never happens. And once I hit the top of the trail, I was just breathing way hard. So I knew something was up. And on the way back, I struggled big time. I thought I was just being a wimp for a long time. Till about 0.5 mile left, I just had nothing in me. By the end of the run, I had a huge headache, and couldn't breath, my throat just burnt. Not a good day of feeling well.
