Morning- 3 miles with plyos.
Afternoon- 2 mile warm up, work out 600, 400, 300, 200, 100. Equal recovery of distance. My goal times were 1:36, 1:04, :45, :26, and :13. I felt amazing doing this work out. It was hard, but not too bad. Times were 1:40, 1:05, :44, :28, and :13. I was 4 seconds off my 6, 1 second of my 4, hit my 3, and 2 seconds of my 2, and hit my 1. 2 mile cool down. Then did weights.
