Morning- 3 miles with the team.
Afternoon- 10 miles total with 24 minutes of AT tempo pace. 3.5 mile warm up. During the tempo my legs just were sluggish and I felt flat. Not fast at all, but it felt like I was pushing super hard like last week. But the pace didn't even show close to it. My average was 5:55 pace. I went 4.05 miles during my total tempo. It wasn't that great. But I won't beat myself up over it. Cooled down to get mileage. And I had a strong finish, so that's great! And I also wasn't relaxed during the tempo. I was actually tight through out my whole body.
