Morning- 3 miles with the team. And yoga after. My knee really killed this morning for some reason. Like it hurt super bad. And bugged me the whole morning.
Afternoon- 5 miles in the desert on random trails. And my knee didnt hurt till about 3 miles into the run. I felt really flat, and sluggish today. I have been sleeping enough, and eating good. But my body just feels eh. My knee hurt really bad the last 2 miles. I iced it tonight, but still hurts. So I will keep on that.
