Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles with book talk. And my knee hurt. But not as much this last couple of days.
Afternoon- 2 mile warm up, and 1x800, and 2x400 with equal recovery. And then 1 mile cool down. And we did those on the old man hills. I got 2:34, and on the 400's I got 1:09, and 1:07. Good times. And my knee didnt hurt at all, which was amazing! And I didn't really do weights. I just benched, did some pulls ups, abs, and push ups. Not much, to usual stuff. But I rolled out really good in the weight room, so thats good.
