Morning- 2 mile warm up. 6x400's at 800 race pace goal time 1:01.5!! With 2 minute recovery jog. Times were 1:03, :06, :08, :07, :06, and :09. The last one my legs basically couldn't move, and I remeber track not being this hard. But track is way harder than anything else. 2 mile cool down. Legs felt like concreate after the 400's. And then we had plyos, and those took like 20 minutes. And then my legs felt like more concreate.
Afternoon- 3 miles out on turtle trail. Running up the huge hill hurt my legs from the 400s this morning. Good run and nice temps.
