Morning- Hill work out. 400, 400, and 200. 3 sets. So really 6x400's, and 3x200's. Coach wanted us to run them a little less the intensity. They were pretty quick, but not hammering them. That will be for tomorrow's work out! Times were pretty consistent, but has the sets went on times got faster, and faster. Afternoon- Went running the small loop of the gas station. Good run! It's for sure getting hotter! :( |
