Morning- 3 miles on the bike with some push ups, and sit ups.

Afternoon- 3.65 miles on the bike, while the team warmed up, and then did a lot of core stuff with them. I broke my Planking P.R., and our XC team Record. I got 7:18.96! :) But lower back, sides, and abs killed after. It took me like 10 minutes to stand up without hurting. But then I did 25 push ups waiting for the time. And then I timed them for their 800 all out. And then I went back to the bike, and did another 2.6 miles, before the guys yelled at me to time one of their 300's. And I timed that. Then while they recovered, I hurry and did a quick 2 miles on the bike. And then timed their last one. So I did a lot of short bursts of biking today.

Afternoon- Hiked mount Snibe Kibe, and 10 minutes on the bike. With some core stuff.

Afternoon- 7.5 miles on the real bike. Up 5 miles of it was up hill....

Afternoon- After working, I decided to drag David out with me to go hiking in the snow. We went down into Hell's Hole. And It was really white down there. In fact thats all you could see. And there was tons of fog, and it was freezing. But David kept throwing snowballs at me! Anyways... We went about 2.5-3 miles round trip. And a lot of it was uphill. But after that I went the exercise bike, and did 3x1 minute hard (level 8, highest setting). With 1 minute recovery, and I did that so I went for 6 minutes, and then just rode another 5 minutes. So 11 minutes on that. The End.

Afternoon- Weights with the team, and ulitamate frisbey for about an hour.

Afternoon- 25 minutes of team yoga. And uses a lot more core than I thought it would. After that I went and got huge ice cream shake. And then an hour later, I felt "phat" (fat) and I rode the exercise bike for 10 minutes pretty hard.

Afternoon- Finally!!! I get to run again!!! Even though I feel like a fat old man! It feels good to run again! I went to Fire Station hill and back up Parkway. To get in my slow 3 miles today. Tomorrow is a 4 miler! Legs felt heavy, but fresh.

Well.. after working for a while. I ran with David to the dirt mile and did that. David was was excited to run and started sprinting. But a good run.

Afternoon- 3 miles with David. Ran to the top of fire station hill, and back. Then added an mile. 3 miles total. Felt good. Merry Christmas!!!

Morning- 4 miles on the turtle trail with Andrew, Paul, Colton, Josh F., David, Byron, and I. Good run. Even though it was pretty chilly at 8 in the morning. It was 27 degrees! But we had a good run. No one really talked, because we were going super fast up the hills. And on the way back. It felt soo easy, even though we going faster on this part than the start. This shows I am truely out of shape once again! But I will become a great runner once again! And after the run, we stretched for a while. And then Colton, Andrew, and I helped with David's eagle project. And that was sweet. And then!! I drove Andrew home, and we were listening to the radio full blast, because Andrew wanted to listen to it. And guess what song came on? That's right, "Recking Ball"..... So Andrew was like ,"YEAH!! Keep it!! Turn it up!" So we listened to that on the way to his house. The End. True story too.
