Morning- 3 miles easy. Felt tired.
Afternoon- 10 miles with 24 minutes of AT tempo goal pace was 5:37. Did 3.35ish mile warm up. And then did the tempo splits were up and down. But I didn't have a total time running, so I just went for distance. And I thought I would end at 4.15 miles, so I did. And I went a little over 24 minutes of tempo. But my average pace was 5:52. Better than 2 weeks ago for the 24 minute tempo. I was sick last week's tempo, so I improved. 2.5 mile cool down. My body and legs hurt really bad after. So I stretched and rolled with all my heart after.
