Morning- 3 miles with plyos.
Afternoon- 8 miles total. Work out was changed due to the wind. But 2 minute hard, 1 minute recovery, 1 minute hard, 30 second recovery, 30 seconds hard, 2 minute recovery. 4 sets by the end I was pretty beat. And I felt like I ran really hard, but I loved this work out! It was super hard! But I love intervals! Weights after.
