Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles. Felt good! Had plyos! Yipee!! Afternoon- Work out. 1.5 mile warm up, work-out was 10x200's 2-3 seconds faster than race pace. I was hitting alright times, but better than yesterday! Only had 1 minute recovery! That gets tough after a few! But times were 31, 32, 31, 32, 31, 31, 31, 30, 31, 30. Goal time was 30-31.5. Pretty good times! But good work out! Just the kind I needed to get ready! |
