| | Morning- 3 miles a little quicker I would say. I kept pushing the pace for some reason. Plyos were interesting as always.
Afternoon- Well... 2 mile warm up, and then the work out (4x1600's) goal pace 5:16. 3 minute recovery in between each one (400 meter lap). First one was actually alright, 5:26. And then I felt that was a ok start, for sure better start than the last couple of weeks. And then the 2nd one I starting feeling weird, like a stomach pain I thought it was nothing out of the ordinary. Finished at a 5:32 eh.... And then I felt horrible and just thought I had to use the bathroom, but I just thought suck it up your in a work out. And then first lap was on pace, next lap way off, next lap even more off, and last lap I was basically jogging, until 300 left. So I picked up the pace a lot, and started hurting like a beast in my stomach. At 1,450 I saw what was coming. 1,500 it started to come, at 1,535 I threw up too many times..... I got all dizzy and couldn't see for a while and it was nasty... And smelled nasty! You don't need to know more detail than that! It took me a while to recover to actually walk again even. I was ticked out of my mind! Right in the middle of a work out, and I throw up! I actually felt better after that, but horrible at the same time. I was soo mad I wasn't able to finish the work out. I barley finished the cool down (2 miles). I nearly died, my stomach hurt soo much. And then weights were interesting as well. The pain was still there, but I just ignored it. Not exactly what I call a "Perfect Day" of anything. Just adds another thing of my list today that frustrates me. But the 3rd repeat at 1,535ish was 5:30. Haha, I stopped my watch when I started throwing up that cracks me up, guess it was reflex to stop the watch when stopping. Ha.

Hurricane Invitional (1 Miles) 00:04:48, Place overall: 20, Place in age division: 5 | | Morning- Nice and easy 3 miles.
Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up, raced the mile first, and laps were 1:11, :10, :14, and :12. Final time was a 4:48. Not at all what I wanted, but it's a start for me. 1.5 mile cool down. Later I raced the open 400. And I just wanted to go sub 56. And that's exactly what I did! :) I ran a 55.66, not too bad for a 400 in the open of the season. 2 mile cool down.

| | Morning- 8 miles with attemped 10 minutes of tempo. I started the tempo and I couldn't breath at all, and I just felt like crap. I only got in 0.5 mile about 5:40 pace. So not too well. And I am getting sick, so that's probally a facter in it too.
