Morning- 3 miles. Thought I was better. Not even close.
Afternoon- Sick.
Morning- 3 miles and plyos.
Afternoon- 2 mile warm up, 6x400's at 800 race pace. 400 recovery in between. Times were 1:06, :05, :04, :05, :05, :04. 2 mile cool down. weights.
Morning- 3 miles.
Afternoon- 4 miles easy with 4x200's.
Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up. I ran the 400 in 55.53. That's 0.13 faster than last meet. So that's good. 3.5 mile cool down to get mileage in.
Afternoon- Warmed up 1.5 miles. Did striders. Felt good. Spilts were 1:02, and 2nd lap was 1:04. 2nd lap struggled. But good push. Didn't cool down mileage, because I had a huge blister... So I rod the exercise bike for 15 minutes.
