Morning- Ah man..... I slept in, and not only that, I basically missed practice, because I didn't want to get up... But I still ran on my own to Turtle trail. I was kinda mad though, because I hate running alone... And I missed yoga!
Afternoon- 5 miles with striders. Ran up ice house. I remeber this being the worse hill ever, but it wasn't as bad as I thought even though I walked for 5 meters getting close to the top... I am just not very motivated to do anything running wise. Just kinda doing it, because I have nothing else to do? This attitude is killing me, has been for quite sometime now.
