Morning- 3 miles easy.
Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up. And 4x1,600 meter repeats goal pace a 5:29 with 3 minute recovery. This work out was extremely hard, but I stayed positive throughout the whole thing, which I usually struggle with. So that was a plus. And I hit all my times consistently. I went 5:25, 5:28, 5:25, and 5:26. I almost died on the last one. I was soo tired. But then 1.5 mile cool down. And then I did weights, but did less weight just to make sure not hurt my knee. But then I got home and slept for 3 hours. I was extremely tired for some reason.
