| | Morning- 3 miles.
Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up. 4x1 mile repeats @ 5:26 pace (87%). With 3 minute recovery in between each one. Times were 5:27, :26, :25, and :23. I was really tired after, and I felt really light headed after also. I felt awful during school. My running nose was killing me, and I was sneezing like no other. But I thought it was just allergies. 1.5 mile cool down. And weights.

| | Morning- 3 miles, it felt really hard, and my breathing was way off. Yoga after. I felt eh this morning.
Afternoon- 5.5 miles? On some trail. I had no idea what was going on during practice today. I just felt tired, sluggish, and sick to my stomach. I was in the back the first mile of the run, which never happens. And once I hit the top of the trail, I was just breathing way hard. So I knew something was up. And on the way back, I struggled big time. I thought I was just being a wimp for a long time. Till about 0.5 mile left, I just had nothing in me. By the end of the run, I had a huge headache, and couldn't breath, my throat just burnt. Not a good day of feeling well.

| | Sick all day, feeling a little better, but not fully. I might go one more full day of rest.

| | I decided finally just to give it one more day (today), and just play it safe. I feel much better from Tuesday, but not completly.
Morning- Was there for the team book discussion, and got me thinking a little about running in different ways. And now I think some of the ideas are outragous, but for sure accomplishable, if you put yourself to the committment, and dedication.
Afternoon- I talked to some people, and I decided to attend DSU, and run there. I worked out the little details to run. And I am planning on running there in college, so that's pretty sweet.

| | Afternoon- 1.5 mile warm up, and 15 minutes of LT tempo. Goal pace was 5:17. I only went 5 because my IT band was acting up at the end of the run. But I got 2.64 on the tempo with a pretty big hill. So I was happy about going that far for the week's sickness, and the hill. 1ish mile cool down.
