| | Morning- 1 mile warm up. 4x1600's. Goal time 5:19. 400 recovery after each one. Times were 5:25, 5:31, 5:32, and 5:29. Effort felt really hard, but times don't show. 1 mile cool down. Plyos after.
Afternoon- 4 miles easy with striders. And then one 300, ran that in :45. And then did a 400 for the distance medley and ran a :57 in that. Weights too.

Panther Relays (0.5 Miles) 00:02:12 | | Morning- 3 miles easy with YOGA!
Afternoon- Did the race relays as a work out. I ran the 4x100, 200 in medley, 4x800, 4x400, and the 400 in the distance medley. I ran :58, and :56 for the 400's. 26ish for the 200, and 13ish for the 100. And 2:12 for the 800. Did a cool down, instead of getting snow cones with the team. I felt more dedicated to running, than friends! I cooled down with Cam for most of it. Then did core exercises after.

| | Morning- 3 miles with plyos.
Afternoon- 2 mile warm up, work out 600, 400, 300, 200, 100. Equal recovery of distance. My goal times were 1:36, 1:04, :45, :26, and :13. I felt amazing doing this work out. It was hard, but not too bad. Times were 1:40, 1:05, :44, :28, and :13. I was 4 seconds off my 6, 1 second of my 4, hit my 3, and 2 seconds of my 2, and hit my 1. 2 mile cool down. Then did weights.

Afternoon- 2 mile warm up. I told myself to just go out hard. First lap 1:07, 1:11, 1:16, and 1:11. Total time was 4:45. Raced the 400 also. 55 again.... 2.5 mile cool down.

Dixie Invite (0.5 Miles) 00:02:06 | | Afternoon- 2 mile warm up. I told myself to go out hard again. First lap was 60ish, and 2nd was 1:06... So pace died out fast. Decent race. Solid start for sure. 3.5 mile cool down.
