Morning- 3 miles! Felt a lot better than yesterday's morning! And today I actually slept a little, after the run! And it gave me some rest, and energy. But I learn from my mistakes (most of the time!)...
Afternoon- 4 miles with 4x200's. And 0.5 mile warm up. And the 4 miles felt really good! A lot better than yesterday. And even the morning run, even tho it was like 105!!!!! It was really hot! (just cause I was there!). But yeah. Have a race tomorrow! And I am running varsity, and at cedar I honestly had a bad race. But I learned from it! And I am not going to worry about this one! So yeah! Life is getting back into gear, after some nice Sea World stuff! I feel like I am in racing shape again!
Total mileage- 8.5 miles!!
