Morning- Ran an easy and some what nice 3 miles. Lifted weights after.
Afternoon- Ran a work-out. With D.I. warm/cool (4 miles total). Ran 4x2 minutes hard. With 1 minute recovery, and then 5x400s at the same 2 minute hard pace. And with only 30 seconds recovery. The 2 minutes were all really good I thought. And did pretty strong on them. But the 400's were a little slow.... Well the first few. And then speed up a little. But I was dying...
