This morning run was alot better than all the other runs this week. Because I just stayed mainly the game pace. And also listen to my coach!!! I didn't even feel like I was struggling, or having pain, or side aches or anything! Just felt great today. Went 5 miles. With 0.5 mile warm up as always... 5.5 total mileage. I did happen to come over why I felt soooo sluggish, tired, and struggling is because I would take off to fast of the start of the run. Later just go a little faster at half of the run makes me feel better. Lifted and core stuff.
