Afternoon- Didn't want to feel lazy. So I went walking for 15 minutes, and shot hoops for about 25 minutes or so. And then went on a bike ride for 31 minutes. Pretty good activities for the 2 week break. Hopefully something more productive tomorrow. Did some Core stuff to help out my soreness.... Good day though. I was very happy with my performance at Foot Locker in fact. I was really shocked! Weird to say I know, but I am wanting to go even harder next year. And go to nationals as a team!!! |
