YA! Started to put blog entries again!!!!! Well today I went 4 miles for run, and half mile warm-up! So total mileage is 4.5 miles. And on my run I felt good, until I hit the 1.5 mile mark.... After that I started to get tired, and I just couldn't focus (mainly because lack of sleep).... I felt like I was pushing through the WHOLE run! Which reminded me, how bad it can hurt!!! :) Also did core and upper body lifting/ work-out! |
