Afternoon- 5.75 miles. 2 mile warm up. And 2x1 miles at 85%. Pace goal was 5:48. Times were 5:47, and 5:37. I felt like I wasn't even working on the first mile. But we had a 3 minute recovery between each one. And on the 2nd mile. I felt a little eh feeling like usual after running harder. But 1.5 miles cool down. And weights today. Good day of training for track!

Afternoon- 5 miles with the team on trail tuesday. I lead the first 2.5 miles, until we flipped it. And the trail had a lot of uphill, and down hill. But good run. It was fun as well.

Afternoon- 0.75 mile warm up. 12 minute tempo AT pace. Pace was 5:48. But I ended up runnning with Colton, Byron, and Abel. Splits 5:44, 5:40. And went 2.11 miles during the tempo. Good work out. 3ish mile cool down. Weights today also.

Afternoon- 2 mile warm up. Cosmin test. 4x60 seconds hard, with recovery 3 mins, 2, 1. And its quick, quick, quick. My total distance was 1,496 meters. 2 mile cool down. I am really ticked off because my finger is nearly broken. It's just jammed really bad. And the size of both my thumbs put together! And now I have a blister. Other than that. I wouldn't be mad.

Morning- 8 miles with 10 minute tempo at LT pace. Goal pace was 5:17. And I averaged 5:25 pace. So goal not quite met. But good push. 1.5 mile warm up. And about 1.85 miles during the tempo. And cool down for rest of the mileage. Good run. I ran with the team.
