Morning- 3 miles easy with plyos.

Afternoon- 2 mile warm up, 4x1600's with 400 recovery in between. Times were 5:31, 5:37, 5:32, and 5:29. Times weren't that great, but a push for sure. After we had 300's all out. I only ran a :47, and :45. And my blister popped big time during these. It hurt super bad. 2 mile cool down. And then weights. Tough day.

Morning- 3 miles with yoga. Blister hurt pretty bad.

Afternoon- 9 miles with striders. Blister held up, but my body was just burnt. I was soo tired all day. And it feels like I am worn out with no energy now...

Morning- 3 miles with plyos.

Afternoon- 8 miles total. Work out was changed due to the wind. But 2 minute hard, 1 minute recovery, 1 minute hard, 30 second recovery, 30 seconds hard, 2 minute recovery. 4 sets by the end I was pretty beat. And I felt like I ran really hard, but I loved this work out! It was super hard! But I love intervals! Weights after.

Afternoon- 6.5 miles foremaster loop, I got lost a little so that's where the extra 0.5 mile came from. Anyways I didn't really know the work out till I got done running... So I won't get mad. I ran up the massive hill, and did 3x1 minute fartleks. My first was 0.18ish uphill. Next one, 0.21ish. Last one, I had really fresh legs, and went hard with a 0.23ish finish. Good run.
