Afternoon- 3 miles in the blazing heat, and I wanted to die... And I felt terrible, even worse than yesterday.

Night- 7 miles with attempted 2 miles tempo. I was supposed to go 8, but I just over worked my body in the last few days.... I felt abousutely terrible on this run. I ran 3 with David, so he could get his double in for the day. And than up to the dirt mile, and ran 2 loops at attempted tempo pace. I was supposed to go 6:00 minute pace for 3 miles. And I hit the first mile at 6:08, so not too bad. And then the next mile was 6:20ish. And I could tell I was off pace a lot. And I couldn't breath at 1.5 miles into the tempo. And I decided to stop after mile 2... And I almost threw up 4 times. I also couldn't breath, and had no energy at all. Running today just felt like a chore, and was very unmotivated to run at all....
