Morning- 0.5 mile warm up like usual. Everyone thought to kinda do their own thing on warm up. So I just lead with my GPS watch. :) Did 3 miles on the grass/side walk, because my foot as been hurting, and running barefoot hurts. But it was a slow pace. And then we went over for a hill work out. I had the most, which was 7x1 minute, and 3x30 seconds. It was pretty tough. We ran up a beast hill. And I kinda had to lead the pace for most of it. And really push out the pace hard to make everyone push. But the boys really stepped it up a lot today! It was probally one of the best work outs they have had. But I ran a bout 0.2 for each one of the minutes. And I started feeling it after 5 minutes. And I had to push hard on the 7th one, because I had to run that one alone. And I went pretty fast on the 30's. The first one I went almost all out. And I kept it controlled, but we had some rabbits on the first one. And then the second one I went all out. And on the third/last one. I went really all out. And when I was done with this work out. My legs were on fire, and so was my brain, lungs, and body. I had really gone all out, and did my best on these. Good work out for me. And I pushed hard. The hill was a little over 0.5 miles. So that's where the extra mileage came in.

Afternoon- OH MY! My legs hurt, and so does my mind, and body.... I had no energy on this run. I was dead tired, and barely could even run... I need to eat more, and drink more water. That's my problem.
