Morning- 6.75 miles with hills. Down in heck hole. 4x1 minutes, and 6x30 secs. With 0.5 mile warm up. Not as bad as I thought, but was still hard. Going up the hill was bad. I was like crawling up the hill.... But lifted with core stuff. Felt good to run too! Felt focused
Afternoon- Went 3 miles. And this run was really great for me, because I got to think out my thoughts!
Total mileage-10.25 miles!!!
