Morning- Run was good. 4 miles with striders with 0.5 mile warm up. The kids race was fun to watch. Paced some of them. Did 2 laps. So another mile. So of them can run really really fast! I was surprised how fast some of them could go! But we went up to the dirt trail, and ran 2 laps. Pace was 6:47, and 6:37, not bad... Considering I have not ran in like 2 days.... Lifted with core stuff.

Afternoon- 3 miles. Felt nice and easy. Went nice and easy. Legs are feeling a little raw. Can't wait till I get them rolling again!

Morning- 6.75 miles with hills. Down in heck hole. 4x1 minutes, and 6x30 secs. With 0.5 mile warm up. Not as bad as I thought, but was still hard. Going up the hill was bad. I was like crawling up the hill.... But lifted with core stuff. Felt good to run too! Felt focused

Afternoon- Went 3 miles. And this run was really great for me, because I got to think out my thoughts!

Morning- 5 miles with striders. Ran on my own. Because I slept through my alarm.... But what ever... I was tired, and I got a run in.... So all is well. Felt more sluggish today.... Like legs were just fried,dead, and beat. I DO NOT KNOW WHY!!! But I will live through it! Good nice run up to grapevine! 

Afternoon-  Nice 3 miler! Went a lot better, than morning run. But felt great, overall. Got a little loose at the end, which is good. Did weights and plyos. I am getting better at plyos. But still need a lot of work!

Morning- This morning was great! Level of energy was pretty good! Ran 6.75 miles with 0.5 mile warm up. And also did a hill work-out, which was challenging because the hills were beast. And we did 3x30 seconds, and 6x1 minutes. So pretty hard set. 30's were really strong, and solid (I thought). And then the 1 minutes were all pretty consistent. First 2 were a little short of all the rest. Just getting to warm-up on those. And then 3, and 4 were really good. Pushing the pace. And then 5, and 6 were really strong, and 5 was about the same as 3, in' 4. And 6 was really pushing the pace,beyond the whole work-out. After that we went and did 3 miles on grass to get the rest of the mileage, and lifted with core stuff.

Afternoon- nice easy 3 miler. Not too bad. Was a little cooler at the evening time, but not by much... Was still nice tho. Was do able... Felt sore...

Morning- Morning run was alright. Didn't get out till about 10'ish. So was pretty hot, and was supposed to go 10 with 3 miles tempo. But my legs were just not working, and my brain was shut off (no brain power, or mental power). Which I usually need. And my legs started to hurt like really bad. But after about mile 3ish they felt good again. But Went about 6.5 miles.... So no tempo, or full mileage. But I will be ready and fresh for Monday! So here I come!
