Morning- Had a work out of 12x200's. They were pretty could. Required to push, but nothing too insane. But splits were 31, 32, 31, 32, 31, 32, 31, 31, 30, 30, 30, and 29. Abel got a little excited on the last one. So I went with him. The first half (6) were supposed to be at race pace, and then the last half was supposed to be faster I tried to go faster the first few same times... But then they finally dropped! :) Good work out!
Afternoon- 4 miles with 4x200's! More 200's! Yeah! :) I felt pretty tired today..... But hey I pushed through! I always do! |
