Morning- Nice and easy 3.
Afternoon- 4x1000's and 2x300's at F pace (fast). Goal time was 3:11. Today I hit all my times, a HUGE thanks for Coach Holt for helping! Times were 3:07, 3:08, 3:10, and 3:08. I was for sure working hard by the last one. Like I wanted to die! It was tough! First one was fresh, second one was getting ready, and 3rd was tough, and 4th was super hard. Thought one lap at a time. At the 300's were a little slower, but times were 47, and 46... But good work out. 3 mils total for warm up, and cool down. Weights after those were nice! :) Best times on 1000's too! :) |
